Irish Brown Bread Mix

Our Irish Brown Bread is made with whole wheat flour and ground oats that give it a bit of a nutty flavor.  It is the perfect accompaniment with morning tea or your evening meal!  Its taste brings me back to the west coast of Ireland!

This mix makes one large loaf or 2 mini loaves ( perfect to share with a friend or freeze for later.)

Additional serving option:  I love to use this bread to make French toast and serve it with fresh berries!

Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, self-rising flour, whole grain rolled oats, baking soda, organic molasses granules, & salt.

Note: to make this into Guinness Brown Bread, substitute some of the buttermilk with Guinness!
